3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing Plans
Our pricing plans for each product are as follows:

• HC: $39/month (Basic), $59/month (Pro), $199/month (Enterprise).
• Tweetlio: $29/month (Starter), $49/month (Growth), $199/month (Enterprise).
• Linkedhunter: $49/month (Standard).
• Quicksendy: $69/month (Professional).
• Bundle Plans: Bundles for multiple tools are available at discounted rates.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe.
• All transactions are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

3.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

To provide maximum value to our users, Hyperprospect offers Bundle Plans that combine multiple tools at a discounted rate. These plans are designed for businesses seeking a comprehensive solution to streamline content creation, campaign management, and lead generation.

1. Available Bundle Plans

Basic Bundle:

• Includes: HC + Tweetlio
• Price: $79/month
• Ideal for: Users focused on content creation and social media campaign management.

Pro Bundle:

• Includes: HC + Tweetlio + Linkedhunter
• Price: $119/month
• Ideal for: Businesses that require content creation, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Enterprise Bundle:

• Includes: All tools (HC, Tweetlio, Linkedhunter, Quicksendy)
• Price: $299/month
• Ideal for: Enterprises looking for a complete SaaS solution to manage content, email outreach, and CRM integration seamlessly.

2. Benefits of Bundle Plans

• Cost Savings: Bundles offer significant discounts compared to subscribing to tools individually.
• Integrated Experience: All tools work seamlessly together, providing a unified workflow for content creation, campaign management, and outreach.
• Simplified Billing: A single subscription covers all selected tools, reducing administrative effort.

3. How to Purchase a Bundle Plan

1. Sign Up: Create an account on our platform.
2. Choose a Bundle: Navigate to the pricing page and select the bundle that fits your business needs.
3. Subscribe: Complete the payment process via Stripe or other supported payment methods.
4. Access Tools: Once subscribed, you’ll immediately gain access to all tools included in the bundle.

4. Terms for Bundle Plans

• Upgrades and Downgrades:some text

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Support for Bundle Plans

All bundle subscribers receive priority customer support, including:

• Onboarding Assistance: Guidance on setting up and using each tool effectively.

Dedicated Support: Faster response times for any technical or billing inquiries.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refunds

• Refunds are available for the first payment of a subscription only, provided the request is made within 7 days of the initial charge.
• Refunds are not applicable to renewal payments, enterprise plans, or custom features.

4.2 Cancellations

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
• Access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at neeraj@hyperprospect.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days if approved.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use
Our Services are intended for professional use, such as content creation and campaign management. Misuse for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:

• Use the Services to transmit spam, malicious content, or unauthorized communications.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Data is collected to deliver and improve our Services.
• Payment information is securely processed through Stripe and is not stored by us.
• User data is not shared with third parties, except as required to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Fulfillment Policy

7.1 Service Delivery

• Access to our tools is provided immediately upon successful payment and account creation.
• For enterprise or custom plans, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated during onboarding.

7.2 Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy outlined above.
• For bundles or multi-tool packages, partial refunds are not applicable.

8. Purpose Code for International Payments

For international transactions processed through Stripe, we use purpose codes that comply with regulations, such as:

• Software Consulting/IT Services (P0807)
• Licensing of Software (P0805)

These codes reflect the nature of our business and ensure regulatory compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionalities of our Services are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
