3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing Plans

Our pricing plans vary depending on the services provided. Packages include:

  • Growth Plan – $99/month (Advanced strategy for expanding brands)
  • Enterprise Plan – Custom Pricing (Tailored marketing solutions for enterprises)

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe.
  • All transactions are in USD, unless otherwise stated.
  • By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

3.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refunds

Refunds are available for the first payment of a subscription only, provided the request is made within 7 days of the initial charge.

  • Refunds do not apply to renewal payments, enterprise plans, or custom services.

4.2 Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
  • Access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at neeraj@hyperprospect.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days if approved.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use

Our Services are intended for professional use, including marketing, branding, and business growth strategies. Any misuse for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Services to transmit spam, malicious content, or unauthorized communications.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users.

  • Payment information is securely processed through Stripe and is not stored by us.

7.2 Refunds and Cancellations

8. Compliance with International Payment Regulations

For international transactions processed through Stripe, we use purpose codes that comply with regulations, such as:

  • Software Consulting/IT Services (P0807)
  • Licensing of Software (P0805)

These codes reflect the nature of our business and ensure regulatory compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, marketing strategies, and designs provided by Hyperprospect are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • Hyperprospect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

  • Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
